YESYES I AM BACK!!
hehe. been busy at work for two whole days..
today is my off day...
ehehe. and tom have to start again... :(

well, my irritable bowel syndrome is back..
went to visit the doctor in yishun ytd during work time..
due to my painy tummy of mine...
not cooperating very well with its owner, ME. :(
god.

kyboyf really came to look for me after his chalet..
and he acc me to the doctor..
heheh. and this doctor is very weird..
he loves to talk to me with his eyes closed...-.-
i wonder why...
doctor said my this illness is incurable.
he said no research is found to cure it.
he asked me to relax myself.
he asked me to not be so stress..
no late nights sleeeping, no over tiring.
keep stress level to the minimum or zero.
STRESS is what it causes me to have this IBS .
i have to watch my diet.
cannot eat too much.
no milk, no cheese, no oily, no gassy, no spicy stuffs.
tell me, what is the meaning of life without all these.
at the moment, i felt like dying..

anw, i went back to work immediately.
i LOVE yishun.
coz i was busy the whole day ytd.
time REALLY flies.

today is a complete rest day for me..
no, its a day out with kyboyf today..
hope it doesnt rain today..
hope its just cloudy plus windy day.
